How the Ziocup Fan's Cup Works

The Fan's Cup is a 32-nation animated soccer tournament that runs every day from May 1 to May 31 — just before the real World Cup kicks off. Here's everything you need to know.

One Match Every Day

From May 1 to May 31, one match is played every single day. Each match features two countries going head to head in an animated soccer game you can watch right in your browser — no app, no download, no login required.

The match runs as a 30-minute animated game that cycles throughout the day. Whether you visit at 7am or 11pm, the match is always live and always mid-action.

32 Nations, Pure Knockout

The tournament features 32 of the world's most passionate soccer nations — Brazil, Argentina, France, Germany, England, Spain and 26 more. It's pure knockout: win and you advance, lose and you go home.

The bracket follows a classic World Cup structure:

The Animated Match

Every match is shown as a live animated soccer game on a top-down pitch. The ball moves, players drift around the field, shots zip toward goal, and saves flash across the screen. It's not a video — it's a real-time simulation powered by a seeded match engine that generates unique events for every fixture.

Goals trigger full-screen confetti in your team's colors. Commentary scrolls live in the panel beside the pitch. Turn on voice commentary and your browser will read every event out loud in a sports announcer style.

Your Cheers Actually Matter

This is where the Fan's Cup is different from anything else. Every visitor can cheer for their country by hitting the CHEER button as many times as they want. Those cheers are counted in real time across all viewers worldwide.

If one country accumulates 50% more cheers than the other by the 80th minute, their team earns a bonus shot at goal. It's not guaranteed — but it can change the result. Your cheers matter.

Live Chat

Pick your country flag and join the live chat while the match plays out. Fans from all over the world watching the same match, reacting to the same goals, in real time. ZioBot keeps the chat clean and fires its own reactions on key moments.

Come Back Every Day

The tournament runs for 31 straight days. Every day a new match, a new result, a new country eliminated. The bracket updates live — check it any time to see who's still in and who's been knocked out.

The real World Cup starts in June 2026. The Fan's Cup ends May 31. Consider it the warmup.
